Developed in Norway, the Navisafe NS041 is a battery-powered navigation LED lantern with a suction base, designed for rugged marine use and harsh outdoor conditions. Attach it to your powerboat, sailing yacht, inflatable dinghy, canoe, kayak, SUP, or jet ski. It can also be mounted on almost any flat, smooth surface, such as an outboard engine, steering console, or windshield.
The lantern boasts a bright steady light and an ultra-bright emergency flash, both US Coast Guard approved for 2 nautical miles. It offers five light modes: a 360° constant all-round light, a 225° masthead light, a 135° sternlight, a flashing light, and a dimmed cabin light mode. Depending on the chosen mode, burn time varies between 15 and 72 hours, all powered by three standard AAA batteries (not included).
The Navisafe NS041 is easy to carry, mount, and operate, making it a reliable companion for sailing, paddling, surfing, jet skiing, or rowing on lakes or rivers. Waterproof by design, it's submersible to 20 meters (66 feet) and floats with the light facing up.
The suction base, with its hinges, detaches from the lantern and is compatible with a wide range of action cameras. Likewise, the lantern itself is compatible with various action camera mounts found on bike and ski helmets. The NS041 consists of two parts: the lantern and the suction base. For additional security on various surfaces, it also includes two self-adhesive mounting pads: a curved plastic pad for inflatable RIB/dinghy surfaces and another for more abrasive surfaces like fiberglass. This versatility allows you to place it almost anywhere.
